Homemade Ice Cream

Hi, it's Esther!

Today I made some ice cream and I thought it would be fun to show you guys how I make it.

In a bowl you are going to want to mix:

 2 cups of heavy cream
 2 cups of milk
 3/4 cup of sugar
 2 tsp of vanilla

Mix it until all the sugar is dissolved.  Then stick in the fridge for 2 hours.

After the ice cream has sat in the fridge, pour the ice cream in to an ice cream maker for 30 minutes.

After the ice cream has formed, then put the ice cream in a plastic container.

Let sit in the freezer for 10 minutes and it done!

If you don't have an ice cream maker then pour the ice cream into a plastic container and put it into the freezer overnight.

Hope you guys make this!  And if you do, tell me how you like it!

My First Post

Cabbage

Hi it's Esther! :)

I thought it would be fun to do a post on my Mom's blog.  So this is what I got! Today I was working in the garden with my Mom, Barrett, & Tanner.     (I have to admit our garden looks pretty good!)    We are growing cabbage.    I was looking at our cabbage and I just had to take a picture.  They look really good.

Cabbage and my feet :)

And we our growing tomatoes.
Here is one of our rows of tomatoes.

A tomato plant and my feet.

So here is a picture of the whole garden.

In the back we are growing potatoes, and in the rows to the left we are growing cabbage, tomatoes, melons, watermelons, flowers, etc.
And a bunch of, I don't know what else.
